including Ghar Surya solar business and other business verticals.

address, address, company name, billing details, payment details, GST details
and location information.

information, operating system, cookies, analytics and usage data.
Service Information: Information shared through websites,
CRM systems, AI chatbot solutions, WhatsApp communication, solar service
enquiries and support requests.
Solar Project Survey
& Property Information including rooftop photographs, roof dimensions,
electrical panel images, inverter location, meter details, sanctioned load and
electricity usage.
Documentation for
Government Scheme / Subsidy Processing including electricity bills, identity
proof, PAN, Aadhaar where legally required, property ownership documents, bank
details and DISCOM documentation.

To provide services, quotations, project feasibility
assessment, engineering design, installation execution, billing, payments,
customer service, legal compliance, analytics, security, and internal business

information through website, WhatsApp, telephone, email, social media or forms,
you consent to receive quotations, project updates, installation schedules,
payment reminders, warranty communication and promotional updates. Users may

Where smart
monitoring, IoT devices or dashboards are provided, we may collect solar
generation data, inverter performance, battery status, grid import/export data,
alarms and equipment health indicators.

stored on internal systems or approved cloud infrastructure located in India or
other jurisdictions through authorized service providers.

We retain information only as long as necessary for business
operations, legal compliance, project execution, warranty obligations, dispute
